We are a full service team available 24/7 (including nights and weekends), we actually answer the phone and respond to text and email promptly. We do sales and leases, we schedule our own showings, we will even drive you around in our car, we write offers in any price range (including short sales), we present a complete offer or submit it electronically promptly, we negotiate on your behalf, we stay for all inspections, we meet the appraiser in person, we coordinate the entire transaction and often work with you well beyond the closing date for any problems that may arise later.  We go above and beyond because that's what our client's deserve.

 

We do as much as possible and that includes using some of our own elbow grease to clean, haul, stage, etc.
